piano trio in e minor
This trio dates from 2012 and was created during my lessons with Cord Meijering in Darmstadt. It's one of my most modern pieces, often quite aggressive and not easy to listen to. Nevertheless, it contains some very lyrical passages and many recognizable motifs that can be found in every movement if you listen closely.
The recording is from 2019, when I premiered the piece with my brother Frederic Mörth at the violin and Laura Mehlin at the cello.
